At Kool Kickz, we want you to love every purchase. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 30-day exchange policy on all shoes and apparel.
Eligibility
To qualify for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Start an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team via email at spt.koolkickz.za@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +27 68 089 9405.
Our team will provide you with exchange approval, a prepaid return shipping label, and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note that any items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Exchange Process & Fees
Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your exchange and ship out your replacement product. All courier costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. If a customer requests an exchange, a return handling fee will apply to cover courier and logistics costs.
• R250 for 1 item
• R300+ for 2 items
• Additional items may increase the fee accordingly
Please note that return fees may vary depending on delivery method, including express shipping. This fee will be confirmed by our support team before the return is processed.
Damages and Issues
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect to what you orderded, please contact us immediately at spt.koolkickz.za@gmail.com or send us a message on WhatsApp at +27 68 089 9405. We will resolve the issue promptly and send a replacement at no cost to you.
