Shipping policy

At Kool Kickz, we strive to provide our customers with a seamless and convenient shopping experience. We offer multiple shipping options to ensure your orders reach you as quickly and reliably as possible.

Shipping Methods:

Postnet Pickup:

    • Your order will be available for pickup at your nearest Postnet location within 3-5 business days of dispatch.
    • A fee of R49 will be charged for Postnet Pickup.
    • You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

PEP Store Pickup:

    • You can collect your order from your selected PEP store within 3-5 business days of dispatch.
    • The PEP Store Pickup service costs R49.
    • We will send you a confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. 

Doorstep Courier Delivery:

  • We use our trusted courier services to deliver your orders directly to your doorstep.
  • Courier delivery times vary depending on your location, but we estimate 3-5 business days for delivery.
  • A delivery fee of R109+ will be added to your order total for courier services.
  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your package during normal business hours. If you are not available, they will leave a notice with instructions for rescheduling or collecting your order.

Shipping Rates and Timelines:

  • All shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.
  • We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving your payment. However, please allow an additional 3-7 business days for delivery, depending on your chosen shipping method.
  • Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • We offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible products. For more information, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges page.
  • Any items returned must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, there will be a fee of +/- R109 for exchanges, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
